Holiday Let cleaning is based upon £35ph with a minimum of 2 hours.

How much is linen hire & delivery?
Luxury cotton bedding packs delivered to your holiday home.
All bedding is a Minimum 200TC
All towelling is a minimum of 500GSM

All orders are subject to a £7 linen delivery fee.

We use a high quality local provider to ensure the best possible linen hire is available to our owners at industry leading prices.

If you already have a bedding solution in place we can manage this for you.

Our Management Owners have a dedicated property manager to oversee the running of their holiday home and guest experience.
We are your boots on the ground local team so you and your guests can rest assured. With our 24/7 on-call and keyholding service we are always here should an issue arise.

We build a bespoke inspection and maintenance plan to meet the needs of your property. Including a compliance calendar with reminders of when the important things need renewing or inspecting to ensure your property is up up to standard.
Delivery methods
Housekeeper Delivery - to your holiday home on changeover day or your housekeepers address.

Anytime delivery dry box - installed in a convenient place to avoid intruding on guests, all items delivered are covered for theft or damage.

Safe place/key holding - If you already have a convenient spot we can deliver to it, everything will be waiting for your housekeeper.
